OpenICE not working on Windows 10

Hi all,

please is the app compatible with Windows 10? I have installed OpenICE on my machine with Windows 10 but it keeps freezing.

This is what it gives every time I try to use OpenICE using windows 10 system. In either way I try to run the program the only thing I can see is this. Can you please help?
